Let's start at the beginning shall we?
My name is Rose. I am the princess of a small kingdom on the border between the Artic and the Pacific. My kingdom is called chósta na shifters cruth. It means the coast of the shapeshifters. According to the legends our island was once home to fantastic beings that prowled the forests turning into apes and tigers. Pretty cool huh. I wondered though, could it be real? I didn't know but even from a young age I was determined to find out. I asked the castle hunter to teach me the way of the woods. He asked my father And finally agreed to take me on a hunt and show me how to find shelter and hunt. I studied it almost as hard as I studied languages and cultures. I learned the ways of all kinds of countries. Then one day I ran away.

I felt more at home in the woods. Where I wasn't judge for doing "boy" things and not being "princess-like"
